Shipping Information
At QUEENDOM MMM, we’re committed to getting your stylish new items to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read through our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 7 -14 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and successful payment.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Within South Africa
We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa.
Delivery Times:
- Major Urban Centres (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, East London, Pretoria): Typically 3-4 business days after dispatch.
- Regional Areas: Typically 3-4 business days after dispatch.
- Outlying/Remote Areas: May take up to 3-4 business days after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. While we strive to deliver within these timeframes, unforeseen circumstances or courier delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping: We offer a rate of R 150 – R250 for all orders nationwide, depending on order weight.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over R10 000,00. The free shipping threshold is automatically applied at checkout.
Couriers We Use:
- We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Our primary couriers include The Courier Guy, PEP (PAXI) and POSTNET.
- The choice of courier may depend on your location and the size of your parcel.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
4. Important Notes
- Delivery Addresses: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Re-shipment due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees.
- P.O. Boxes: Unfortunately, our couriers generally do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- No Collection Option (Unless Specified): Our premises at 23 Hill St, East London CBD, Eastern Cape, 5201, is currently not a collection point for online orders unless explicitly arranged and confirmed.
- Failed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after a reasonable number of attempts (usually two or three), it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. We will contact you to make arrangements.
- Public Holidays & Weekends: Please note that our couriers do not deliver on public holidays or weekends. Orders placed on or leading up to these periods may experience slight delays.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at queendomcloset@myqueendom.co.za with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
5. International Shipping
QUEENDOM MMM offers international shipping.
- Courier Service: All international orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are not flat-rate and will depend on the weight of your parcel and the destination country.
- The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have entered your international delivery address.
- Alternatively, for some destinations or larger orders, we may require you to contact us at queendomcloset@myqueendom.co.za for a custom shipping quote.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 5-15 business days via DHL Express, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
- Please note that these are estimates, and delays can occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen international shipping variables.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs processing fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient (customer) and are not included in the item price or shipping cost from QUEENDOM MMM.
- QUEENDOM MMM has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order to avoid any unexpected charges.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your international order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.
- Restrictions: Some items may be restricted from international shipping due to international regulations or courier limitations. If this affects your order, we will contact you.
