Exchange Policy

At QUEENDOM MMM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we operate on an exchange-only basis and do not issue refunds.

Refund Policy

We regret to inform you that no refunds are offered.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange full-priced merchandise for another item of your choice within five (5) days of receiving your order.

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The request falls outside of the stated five (5) day period.
  • The product(s) have been worn, washed, damaged, or are not in their original packaging with original tags attached.
  • The item(s) were purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promo code (sale and discounted orders are final and cannot be returned/exchanged).

How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, please:

  1. Email us at queendomcloset@myqueendom.co.za within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following in your email:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment receipt)

You will receive a response confirming or declining the exchange, along with:

  • The availability of the item(s) you would like to exchange for
  • The return address and shipping instructions

Shipping Costs

  • Returning items to QUEENDOM MMM: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
  • Sending exchanged items to you: A standard shipping fee of R100 applies for dispatching your new item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue:

  • Please contact us at queendomcloset@myqueendom.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect.

If verified, QUEENDOM MMM will replace or repair the item at no additional cost, or offer a suitable alternative in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Final Note

QUEENDOM MMM reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your exchange.
