How to Order from QUEENDOM MMM

Welcome to QUEENDOM MMM! We’ve made our ordering process simple and straightforward so you can get your favorite styles with ease. Follow these easy steps to place your order:

Step 1: Browse Our Collections

  • Explore: Discover our latest arrivals and collections by Browse our Homepage, visiting the Shop page, or navigating through our specific Categories.
  • Search: Looking for something specific? Use the Search Bar (usually located at the top of the page) to type in keywords.

Step 2: View Product Details

  • Click on any product image or name that catches your eye to go to its dedicated Product Page.
  • Here, you’ll find more images, a detailed description of the item, and information about its material and care instructions.

Step 3: Select Your Size

  • On the product page, you will see available sizes for the item.
  • Carefully choose your desired Size from the dropdown menu or selection boxes provided.
  • We recommend checking our Size Guide to ensure the best fit before making your selection.

Step 4: Add to Cart

  • Once you’ve selected your size, click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • You can continue shopping for more items or proceed to checkout. You’ll often see a notification that the item has been added to your cart, and your cart icon (usually at the top right of the page) will update.

Step 5: Review Your Cart

  • When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click on the Shopping Cart icon (it might look like a basket or bag) located at the top right corner of the website.
  • This will take you to your Cart Page. Here, you can:
    • Review the items you’ve selected.
    • Adjust quantities if needed.
    • Remove items if you’ve changed your mind.
    • See an estimated subtotal.

Step 6: Proceed to Checkout

  • Once you’re happy with the items in your cart, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

Step 7: Enter Your Details

On the Checkout page, you will need to provide the following information:

  • Billing Details: Your name, address, email, and phone number.
  • Shipping Details: If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please uncheck the “Ship to a different address?” box (or similar wording) and enter the correct shipping information. Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Step 8: Review Order & Select Payment Method

  • Carefully review all the information on the checkout page, including your items, quantities, sizes, and shipping address.
  • Select your preferred Payment Method. We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) through YOCO.
  • Follow the prompts to enter your payment information securely.

Step 9: Place Your Order

  • Once you have reviewed everything and entered your payment details, click the “Place Order” (or similar) button.

Step 10: Order Confirmation

  • Congratulations! Your order has been placed.
  • You will see an Order Confirmation page with your order number and details.
  • You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email sent to the email address you provided. Please keep this email for your records.

What Happens Next?

  1. Processing: We will process your order within 7-14 business days (see our Shipping Information page for more details).
  2. Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
